Special Order Notes

To reduce waste items, our printing is made to order. Because of the custom nature of our printing and product fulfillment processes, Rooley LLC / Lockerskin.com does not offer Exchanges, Returns or Refunds of any kind on any items offered for sale on our website. It is your sole responsibility as the customer to use the Sizing Cut Template provided prior to final design to verify the correct size before placing the order. No exchanges or returns are allowed for size differences. No exchanges, returns, or refunds for buyer’s remorse.
 
Project Turnaround times are based on “First-In / First-Out” and will vary depending on demand, seasonal volume, order size, and business hours (9am – 5pm EST). Expected production should account for an approximate two-week period for design, and 7 to 9 business day turn-around for production once the order has been submitted to a batch. Batches are submitted on Wednesday of each week for orders that have been completed and approved by the client and have made a payment through the agreed upon method.
